Chocolate Pie

More than a pie this recipe is the must try for chocolate lovers

Ingredients:

1 baked pie crust
700 ml milk
15 g butter
150 g cream
2 large eggs
160 g drak chocolate

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
In saucepan, pour the milk and the cream. Add the butter.
Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate and whisk until well melted and well blended.
In a bowl beat the eggs together. Whisk the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into the baked pie crust.
Place in the oven and immediately power off the oven.
Remove from the oven after 15 minutes.
